Dashboard: All of this data, including tasks, messages, and notifications, is easily accessible via the dashboard. Notification is very important in this case because you will be notified about Followers, orders, sign up, new client entries, sign out, and so on.

Member:

• Add New Member: You will be given a form here. You must complete the form with specific information. There is some basic information that you just filled out, as well as some questions that you must answer. There are also some that are optional. The subscription section of the form requires you to enter your subscription information such as Membership Package, Starting Date, Payment Date, Amount, Discount, Paid, Due, and so on.
• Active Members: From here, you can manage your active members. Your active member’s information, including name, contact, package, and status will be provided here. There is also the option to add a member and add subscription here.
• In-Active Members: From here, you can manage your In-Active members. Your active member’s information will be provided here, including details such as name, contact, package, status, and so on.

Reports:  You will find detailed reports on Date Range Wise Transaction, Daily Details Transaction, Member Due List, Member Transaction, Executive Daily Attendance, Executive Daily Attendance, Executive wise Attendance, Member Daily Attendance, Member wise Attendance, and so on.

• Date Range-wise Transaction: In the specified box, enter the date range for which data you want and then submit. The Transaction Summary Report will display Gym members’ date, subscription, paid, remark, and so on. You can also download and print the report from this page.
• Daily Details Transaction: This is the same as the Date Range Transaction procedure. The only difference is that you must specify a date. You can print individual transaction reports for Gym members from this page.
• Member Due List: This is the Gym software of the important report. You can find the entire due list of the members here.
• Member Transaction: Select member name and submit then you will get member Subscription History details. Subscription History will describe Paid, Due, Payment Date.
• Executive Daily Attendance: You will get a report date-wise. Select a date and submit. You will find out details like in time, out time, absent list, etc.
• Executive Wise Attendance: Select an executive name and mention the date range. After clicking submit button a details report will be shown after you.
• Member Daily Attendance: Mention a specific date and submit. You will get the result of that specific date base member attendance list.
• Member Wise Attendance: Select a member name with a date range and get a details attendance report of the specific member within the date range.

Setting: You can manage your Shifting, Attendance, and other administrative tasks here. Setting including,

• Setup Shift Time: Set your Shift time based on your level of business comfort.
• Setup Employees Time: Configure your employee’s time according to their shift schedule.
• Employee Leave: From here, manage your employee leave policies.
• Upload Machine Data: Data from the attendance machine should be uploaded. You have two choices: manually entering your machine data from the attendance machine or automatically using an API.
