Detailed Features: Attendance Management Software can be accessed in three ways: by the administrator, the department head, and the employee. Everything can be managed by the admin user. Furthermore, the department head can view their own attendance and has the authority to approve leave for their department. General employees, on the other hand, can view their own attendance and request leave for themselves.
Dashboard: The dashboard offers a snapshot of today’s present and absent employees, recent leaves, the current year’s Attendance/Absent Graph, and the total count of employees and departments.
Department Management: Within this section, you have the flexibility to add, edit, and delete department details, such as HR Department, Admin Department, and Production Department, among others.
Designation Management: Similarly, you can add, edit, and delete designation details here, including titles like Managing Director, General Manager, Assistant Manager, Senior Executive, and Junior Executive, to name a few.
Shift Management: Different types of working shifts may exist in offices, including morning shifts, evening shifts, and night shifts. The shift name and time can be customized to align with the office’s specific requirements.
Holydays Management: In addition to various festivals and national holidays, you can add other company-provided holidays in this section.
Employee Management: Here, you can input the name, email, mobile number, department, and job title for each employee in your company. You will also have the option to create and delete employee profiles as needed.
Leave Management: Under this section, employees can easily apply for leave. Furthermore, you can add, edit, and delete different leave types, such as Casual Leave, Sick Leave, Maternity Leave, Bereavement Leave, and Compensatory Leave, to suit your organization’s policies.
Attendance Management:
Attendance Upload: You can upload your attendance manually or automatically from your attendance machine. In addition, Attendance List provides a comprehensive view of your attendance information, allowing you to search by department, employee, and date. Here, you will be able to see in detail your employee’s in time, out time, working hours, overtime hours, and more.
Approval: Within the Approval section, you can approve leave requests and adjustment requests. This section is divided into two segments: Leave Approval and Adjustment Approval.

Notice: In this category, you can watch, add, and delete notices. This feature enables essential instructions to be communicated to employees effectively, ensuring they receive important updates.
