Dashboard: The dashboard provides quick access to all of these data, including managing business branches, Managing stock, products & reports. At a glance, you can see the stock summary and can send quick messages to the showroom.

Business Branch: You can manage business branch management, branch administrator, Store Administrator, Company office account and salesman accounts altogether.

  • Business Branch Management: You can add your business branch name and activate them to manage next time. You can search manually in the search box. As an administrator, you can add, delete, publish and unpublish the business branch.
  • Business Branch Administrator Management: You can manage your business branch administrator, who can manage your shop Management Software. When you add someone as an administrator you will get a form with the administrator name, designation, user name, password, and business hub name. You can publish or inactive for future publishing.
  •  Store Administrator: As like Business Branch Administrator you can add a store Administrator.
  • Company Office Account: Add administrator name, designation, user name, password and publish.
  • Salesman Manager: Add the name, title, and publish buttons for the salesman. Any salesperson can be found using the search box, and you can customize their information.

 

Product Manage:

  • Product Category: You can add the name of a product category here and search for any product based on category.
  • Product Subcategory: To add a product subcategory, first choose the name of the category, and then type the name of the product subcategory.
  • Product Management: You will find a form here, which you must complete. The product name, brand name, model number, wholesale price, retail price, base price, cartoon quantity, warning limit quantity (main store), product details, etc. should all be filled out.

Stock Manage:

  • Stock Management: You can find a detailed list of all the items that are currently in stock in the stock management section. Search options are another option.
  • Stock In Report Management: Choose the product model and the date to instantly receive a stock-in report.
  • Current Stock Report: Here, you have two choices, Showroom and Salesman. If you choose showroom, you can choose the name of the showroom, the product model number, and the date to receive a report on the current stock levels. You will receive the same option for choosing “salesman,” but this time you must select “salesman name” rather than “showroom name.”
  • Salesman Invoice History: To get Salesman Invoice History, enter the customer’s name, the product model number, and the date.
  • Showroom Stockout History: To instantly get Showroom Stockout History, enter the name of the showroom, the customer, the product model number, the date, and the search.
  • Individual Product Status: Get the individual product status by choosing a specific product.
  • Daily Collection & Expense: Three sections—Showroom, Salesman, and Total—as well as two report types—invoicing and due collection—are included in this category. To get the outcome, choose any of them. You can choose to receive all the available reports, including those for the showroom, salesman invoicing, and due collection.
  • Profit Calculation: By selecting the showroom or salesman with date options in the profit calculation category, you can quickly calculate your profit.

Customer Manage:

  • Salesman Customer: Include your customer, salesperson, and company information.
  • Showroom Customer: Select the showroom to collect your customer information.
  • Customer Due Amount Management: Get the customer due amount by showroom or salesperson, and by selecting the name of the showroom and the customer.
  • Customer Payment History: You can access your customer’s payment history here and print their payment history.
  • Customer Amount History: You can instantly get your current amount by selecting a salesperson and a company, as well as confirming the date.
  • Technician Management: Here, technical management data can be published, unpublished, deleted, and added. When you select the add button, a form will appear. The technician’s name, contact information, and address must all be entered into the form, along with your decision as to whether the information should be made public or private.

Office Utility Expense:

  • Expense Head Management: You can manage your expense head here. The simplest way to add an expense head is to simply write the expense name and publish it in the add option. At any time, any data can be published, unpublished, or deleted.
  • Expense Subhead Management: This method will proceed in the same way as expense head management.
  • Expense Management: The expense management section contains a form. The form must be filled out completely, including the expense head, subhead, title, description, unit price, total price, and other pertinent information.
  • Expense History: By choosing the name of the expense head and expense subhead with the date, you can get a detailed expense history.
  • Card Management: You can manage your card right here. There are four sections in this. These are.
  • Card Management
  • Dollar Management History.
  • Dollar Stockout History.
  • Customer Payment History

Message Management: Messages can be sent from the message management category. There are two sub-categories in total.

Reports:

  • Sales Reports: To view your sale report, choose Showroom, Salesman, or Total, then type the name of the showroom and the product model number.
  • Return & Damage History: You can see your return and damage history from here. Choose the return or damage options and the showroom name, product model number, and search. The history of returns and damages is printable.
  • Service & Payment History: Select the showroom’s name, date, service category, service provider, and service type. Upon clicking the search button, you will be presented with a detailed Service & Payment History.
  • Customer Payment History: Choose the name of the showroom, the card’s name, number, and date, and you’ll get a detailed account of customer payments.

Employee Salary:

  • Employee Management: You’ll find the Add, Publish, and Unpublish buttons here. After you click the “Add” button, a form will appear. Here, you must enter information like the employee’s name, profession, passport number, expiration date, residential ID number, nationality, previous salary, monthly salary, mobile number, and address. Please save the information when you provide it.
  • Salary Management History: You can access information on the employee’s basic, overtime, bonus, and total salaries by selecting the employee’s name and the date.
  • Employee Salary Management: From here, control your employee’s salary. In this, you’ll find a form box. Employee Name, Employees, Previous Salary, Date, Add Salary Month, Monthly Basic, Over Time, Bonus, Total Salary, and Description are the details you must provide.

 

  • Salary Payment: Get salary payment information from this site, including previous salary, payment date, payment, and due unpaid salary.
  •  Salary Payment History: Get the employee’s salary payment history by entering the employee’s name and the current date.

Delete Management: You can delete any management from here if you want to. You can delete Stockouts, Returns, Collections, Services, Cards, Expenses, Employees, and so on.

Calendar Access Management: From here, you can active or inactively those to whom you want to grant access.

Administrator Management: Manage Administrator from this category.
